Policy Announcement: Healthcare

Policy Announcement: Healthcare

In line with America First principles, this policy position delivers real solutions for the challenges facing Texans and American families every day.

“Americans deserve world-class healthcare outcomes and confidence in the system providing them,” said Suarez. “It’s time for commonsense reforms that reflect American values. The liberty to choose, the security of informed consent, and the prosperity of a system that prioritizes patients over corporate profits.”

Policy Highlights

  • Rejecting Special Interests: Philip Suarez will never accept campaign donations from healthcare systems, pharmaceutical corporations, health insurance providers, or

    their lobbyists.

  • Ending Vaccine Mandates: Vaccination requirements for school attendance or employment must be banned nationwide, including for healthcare workers. Vaccine liability protections must be eliminated.

  • mRNA Vaccines: mRNA vaccines should be eliminated from the healthcare system entirely.

  • Free Market Healthcare: Patients should have the freedom to purchase private health insurance across state lines, ensuring competition delivers better products and lower costs.

  • Price Transparency: Healthcare facilities must provide clear, upfront pricing for all products and services, including insurance-specific rates and cash prices.

This policy plan reflects the campaign’s commitment to values like America First, accountability, or fiscal responsibility while ensuring Texas remains a stronghold for liberty and opportunity. “Texans are ready for leadership that delivers results,” Suarez added. “I’m not running to rub elbows with the DC elites—I’m going to fight for the future of Texas families at every stage of life.”
